Frost-Protected Shallow Foundations

Building Codes require extending foundations below the frost line to prevent frost-heaving of the foundations. This requires a lot of excavation and concrete, which can be very costly and time-consuming. Frost-protected shallow foundations enable you to meet code without extending the foundation below the frost-line, saving time and money.
