Habitat Affiliate Looking to Request Free Dow Product
Dow Building Solutions donates products such as STYROFOAM™ Brand Insulation and WEATHERMATE™ housewraps to Habitat Affiliates for their local builds. These products give new homeowners the opportunity to reduce their natural gas consumption for heating by 23 percent or more, and provide up to 30 percent overall reductions in electricity consumption. Homeowners will enjoy a more comfortable living space and enjoy lower utility bills.
To request product donations for Habitat for Humanity from The Dow Chemical Company:
- Complete the Habitat Affiliate section of the Product Donation Order Form (35KB PDF)
- Dow can only accept completed forms – please include all requested information.
- Product Donation Order Form must be completed at least 90 days prior to build
- Your Lumber Dealer must be willing to participate in this program and willing to source the Dow products requested
- Fax completed Product Donation Order Form to Habitat for Humanity International to acquire approval code
- Fax to (229) 928-2697, attention Brandi Meeks
- Habitat for Humanity International will send completed form to a Dow Product Sourcing Manager
- Dow Product Sourcing Manager will contact you to confirm your Dow product donations via fax or email
- The Lumber Dealer will receive replacement product on their next order using a CN number supplied direct to the Lumber Dealer
