FROTH-PAKâ„¢ Foam Sealant is a two-component, quick-cure polyurethane foam that fills cavities, penetrations, cracks and expansion joints. FROTH-PAKâ„¢ Foam Sealant can also be used as a sealant and void fill in many roofing applications. FROTH-PAKâ„¢ is a chemically cured foam, which significantly reduces curing time. FROTH-PAKâ„¢ dispenses, expands and becomes tack-free in seconds. It skins over in 30-40 seconds and completely cures in minutes, depending on temperature.

In agricultural applications, when applied properly to poultry house sidewalls, a FROTH-PAKâ„¢ system helps create an airtight seal, reducing energy consumption by up to 30 percent. FROTH-PAKâ„¢ foam increases static pressure up to 150 percent, reducing drafts, cold spots and dead air pockets. This increased static pressure enables better control of airflow and relative humidity throughout the house, enhancing the fan system's effectiveness year-round. FROTH-PAKâ„¢ Foam Sealant in sidewalls helps the owner control interior temperature and humidity levels, contributing to reduced ammonia levels and fewer incidences of disease, mortality, litter caking, blisters and hock burns.

Typical commercial applications for FROTH-PAKâ„¢ Foam Sealant include spray polyurethane foam roof repair (use FROTH-PAKâ„¢ 115 [2.75 pcf] only), and sealing roof perimeters and parapet walls (use any FROTH-PAKâ„¢ Foam Sealant).
For rim/band joist applications in the United States, use FROTH-PAK™ FS Foam Insulation to meet building code specifications.
FROTH-PAKâ„¢ Foam Sealant can be used in either interior or exterior industrial, commercial, institutional and residential settings. If used in an exterior setting, a coating must be applied for ultraviolet (UV) protection.
FROTH-PAKâ„¢ Foam Sealant is sold as a complete kit that includes pressurized "A" and "B" tanks, plus dispensing gun/hose assembly and accessories. FROTH-PAKâ„¢ is also available in larger sizes including refillable, returnable tanks.
