Natural beauty, environmental sensitivity and sustainable architectural elements are evident all around and within 735 Forest, the first project to use the THERMAX™ Wall System. The 35,000 ft² mixed-use building in Birmingham, Mich., features a bistro, Class A office space, 11 loft-style residences and covered parking.

In addition to achieving LEED certification – attributing significant LEED credits to the THERMAX™ Wall System – Mosher, Dolan, Cataldo & Kelly Commercial (design-build firm, owner and occupant) projected 30 percent to 40 percent energy savings over the original design.
