The Dow Chemical Company ("Dow") announced that it recently received the prestigious "Supplier of the Year" award from its largest North American customer, BlueLinx Corporation. Chosen from a field of more than 50 competitors and more than 2,100 suppliers, Dow Building Solutions (DBS) was recognized during a BlueLinx strategic supplier conference for its strong customer focus and partnership, and ease of doing business.
Perhaps most significant, the award was bestowed based directly upon votes from a cross-functional team of more than 500 BlueLinx employees.
